Foods that Give You Energy!

Hello my dear readers,

Today I’m sharing with you the foods that give you energy and improve your physical health and mental clarity. Here they are:

Vegetables
If it’s green, eat it. The darker the green, the better. These are packed with vitamins and minerals that your body uses to feel and perform at its best.

Meats and fish
Chicken, beef, pork, salmon, tilapia, shrimp, crab, lobster. These are highly nutritious sources of protein that your body needs to build muscle and repair itself after workouts.

Fruits and berries
Strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, apples, and so on. These are rich in fiber and will help decrease the impact of high spikes in blood sugar levels so you avoid crashes in energy during the day.

Nuts
Almonds, cashews, pine nuts, pecans, walnuts. These have healthy fats that are required for your brain, organs, and hormones to work right.

Dairy
Yogurt and cheese are preferred. Milk is pasteurized and has lost its nutritional value in the process, so you can afford to spend your money on something else instead.

Oils
Olive oil, coconut oil, avocado oil, and flaxseed oil. You can use these when cooking. Avoid hydrogenated oils and vegetable oils (canola, safflower, sunflower, soybean, grapeseed, and soybean oils). They’re highly processed and your body does not respond well to the almost rancid fats they contain.
