Foam Roll to Release Mental and Physical Tension

Ever feel like your body is tight? Your shoulders are stiff and tense, you’re not relaxed, and you feel stressed out at work or at home? Well, in this video I talk about how you can release some of that tension (albeit it a bit painfully!) with foam rolling. This will work its way into the fascia and help release some of that muscular tightness, which will allow you to feel more relaxed as you go about your day.
