Energizing Exercises Part 1 Zone 1

When you woke up this morning how did you feel?

Tired? Not too particularly excited for the day? Didn’t want to get up even though you know you had to?

Well consider the following information as an easy, convenient and quick way to get yourself up nice and easy in the morning.

This is the practice of energizing exercises that allow you to work in instead of work out so you can bring energy into your systems rather than expend energy. This helps fight feelings of exhaustion, which is really great on those days where you just have a lot to do.

There are six zones of your body that correspond to six zones of your spinal cord. Each section involves different aspects of your psychological, physical, and emotional functioning. As such, this will be a six-part series – one for each section. Check out part 1 below!
